The conference packages include a flip chart, name tags, a suitcase with meeting room equipment, iced water and peppermints. Refrigeration for fizzy drinks is available in all of our conference rooms. The use of this is exclusively for the conference rooms.  Extra audiovisual equipment needed for your conference can be rented from us, such as:
